To plant independent, self-sustaining and self-theologizing Lutheran Mission among the Hmong people in Thailand

1.  Recruiting, training, sending and supporting indegenous leaders to plant mission Churches

2.  Doing worship, Bible classes and VBS

3.  Teaching ESL & Hmong languages

4.  Building worship centers

5.  Helping with physical needs
