yours.

pastor of the whole congregation Treat all the people alike.

in love with the people Show that you love them and enjoy being their pastor.
e. Believe
in the people Let the people know they are matter and speak well of them.

Expect much from the people Allow the people do their
ministry.
g. Pray
for them Rely on God and ask God to take care the people.
h. Live
in hope Knowing that God can chage problems to
opportunities.

Use all your brain Seek all resources to solve each
problem.

Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ Learn to go to Christ
with all problems.

Pastoral Leadership
a. The
need of faith Be on the Word & Sacrament - rely on Christ for leadership and
guidance.
b. The
call for strategy Have plans for the ministry to move forward.
c. The
use of tactics Must have skills to shift and change according to needs,
methods and conditions change.
d. The
love of people As long as the pastor lives, he will love people.
e. The
love of Christ Let Christs love controls all things in work or people.
